Description

The General Field Superintendent is responsible for supporting Field Teams to ensure jobs are installed safely, efficiently, and on-time. Through coordination with the Field Operations Manager and Field Operations Teams, they balance multiple job-sites and provide guidance to Field Foremen.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in field installation
3+ years of experience leading and managing teams
5+ years of field construction experience in a precast concrete or related industry
Valid and unrestricted driver’s license
Print reading, rigging, OSHA 10 Certified, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
