2nd Shift Production Supervisor

The 2^nd Shift Production Supervisor is responsible for leading, training, delegating, planning, and driving our production team to ensure our customers receive a world-class precast product. Through collaboration with our Production Manager, Production Supervisors, Quality Team, Engineering Team, and Field Teams, they support our vision to be the safest and most innovative precast building company. 

• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• 3+ years leadership experience
• Demonstrated ability to manage vendor relationships and drive cost savings
• Experience tracking logistics 
• Previous experience batching for precast concrete
• Experience rigging, operating gantry cranes, and operating industrial forklifts
