Important Details:
The Yard Team serves the critical role of transporting and loading our precast panels. Truck driving experience (non-CDL) will help you stand out, but is not required.
Team members are paid weekly.
The Job:
The Yard Team Member is responsible for the final movement of all pre-cast concrete pieces at the plant. They use industrial sized equipment to load, offload, and transfer all pre-cast pieces. They are the final step in the pre-cast process before getting installed at the job site. The Yard Team Member works in all-weather climates and relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job while meeting company safety, quality, and productivity targets.
