Education and/or Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent, prefer the individual have two-years of prior work experience. Cleaners must possess a valid and current Commercial Driving License (CDL). In addition, must be able to move vehicles within the yard and between company terminals.
Language Skills
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret cleaning schedule. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from other cleaners, drivers and office staff.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to calculate figures and amounts.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a wide variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The employee frequently is required to stand and use hands to finger, handle, or feel. The employee is frequently required to walk and reach with hands and arms. Ability to perform squatting, crouching, twisting, pushing, pulling, climbing, bending, kneeling or stooping frequently.
The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, and the ability to adjust focus. Ability to operate hand and power tools
