We are looking for a person that would work on development of testing of specialty lighting products. They will interact with sales and engineering departments for customer support and product development. The lab technician will report directly to the Director of Engineering.
Conducts routine and non-routine analyses of in-process materials, environmental samples, finished good, or stability samples.
Interprets test results, compares them to established specifications and control limits, and makes recommendations on appropriateness of data for release.
Performs visual inspections of finished products
Complies laboratory test data and performs appropriate analyses.
Completes documentation needed to support testing procedures, such as data capture forms, equipment logbooks, or inventory forms.
Performs testing of samples, conducts test analyses, and reports
Prepares testing samples for examination using automated equipment or manual processes, and interprets results, maintaining appropriate records of test results
Ensures adherence to approved testing procedures, contamination risk processes, sterilization protocols and SOPs (Standard Operating procedures
Adheres to laboratory quality control and cleanliness per safety policies
