Position Summary

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive our recruitment efforts and attract top talent to support A&D Mortgage’s growth. This role will focus on sourcing, interviewing, and hiring high-performing professionals while enhancing our employer brand and candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the mortgage and financial industry.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Utilize job boards, social media, and networking to identify and engage qualified candidates.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and tailor recruitment strategies accordingly.
  • Maintain and optimize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to track candidates efficiently.
  • Represent A&D Mortgage at career fairs, networking events, and university recruitment initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies throughout the hiring process.
  • Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives in recruitment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • Two or more years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience, preferably in the financial or mortgage industry.
  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
  • Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking).
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple job openings and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and best hiring practices.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience recruiting for mortgage, banking, or financial services roles.
  • Certification in Talent Acquisition, HR, or Recruitment (PHR, SHRM-CP, or similar).
  • Experience with employer branding and recruitment marketing.
