Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting required
- 1 - 3 years of accounting experience
- Solid general-ledger accounting skills required
- Experience with public company reporting and SOX compliance is a plus
- Certified Public Accountant or eligibility is a plus
While not required, prior real estate industry experience or public accounting experience is beneficial.
A successful candidate will have the ability to work collaboratively and independently within the company and should be a:
- Self-motivated, team-oriented individual with excellent verbal and written communication skills who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and a
- Well-organized, analytical, professional with diligent attention to detail, and
- An individual willing to embrace change in a growing business.
Strong systems skills using a variety of software systems including advanced Excel and Word. Experience using Sage 100 or similar mid-market ERP is helpful.
Salary Range:
$60,000 - $76,000. Actual compensation will be dependent on your experience.
