Job Summary: 

The intern will support attorneys across multiple areas, including litigation, operations, and corporate legal matters. Responsibilities include drafting responses to demand letters, researching applicable state laws, and assisting with document collection and discovery to support the defense of claims. The intern will also research state lien laws and address day-to-day operational legal issues. Additional opportunities may include reviewing LLC agreements, drafting confidentiality agreements and other corporate documents, and supporting attorneys in corporate securities, finance, and acquisition-related matters. This role provides a comprehensive introduction to legal processes within a professional environment.

Compensation Range: $20.00
