Primary Responsibility: In the Field
Responsible for the quality and consistency in taste of all food concepts items. Responsible for working with members to help achieve their goals by monitoring operations and performing monthly evaluations and follow-ups. You will also ensure operational standards through guidance and training, improve management skills, and provide sound advice to increase profitability at branded member stores.
Essential Functions:

- Ensure all team members practice strict recipe adherence and food standards and portion control recommended by the company.
- Ensures all employees associated with a brand are trained, motivated, and empowered to deliver total guest satisfaction.
- Quality control
- Evaluates each assigned store for the correct execution of the brands QSC standards.
- Evaluates each assigned store for the correct execution of the brands QSC standards.
- Offers effective training for new store openings as well as continuous support.
- Provides effective training and follow-up of new products, programs, and changes.

- Upholds company food safety, food handling and sanitation requirements, to ensure the health and safety of our Guests and employees.
