DELIVERING CONSISTENT EXCEPTIONAL GUEST SERVICE THROUGH:

Always greet guests with a warm, sincere smile. When busy, a smile and eye contact should be made immediately to let guests know that you will be right with them. Guests should be greeted within 30 seconds and a drink served within 2 minutes.

Create Energy – Participate in dynamics at the appropriate level and part of day.

Always have clean food menus behind your bar and hand a menu to each guest. SUGGESTIVELY sell food.

Ensure food is at bar within 10-12 minutes after you place your order. Notify manager if variance occurs.

Take beverage orders from guests and Cocktail Hostesses.

Drink production to standard, glasses properly iced – 1 ¼ oz use 1 ¼ oz jigger, break pour; 1 ½ oz rocks use ¾ oz. jigger twice.

Bar tops kept dry and clean.

Ashtrays wiped out when cigarette butts appear – no more than 2.

Look for signs of impairment and only serve liquor to guests 21 years and older.

Always be aware of sales and cash handling procedures.

Always follow ALL guidelines in the credit card procedures.
