Schedule: Ideal candidate must be flexible to work any days of the week (including holidays and weekends). Shift start time (may vary) 5:00 am and end up to 12:00 midnight (schedule is subject to change based on business needs).
Job Purpose: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Hotel Van Driver with Front Desk Agent Responsibilities. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests while transporting them to and from the hotel.
Job Responsibilities:
- Operate hotel van in a safe and efficient manner
- Transport guests to and from the hotel in a timely and courteous manner
- Assist guests with loading and unloading luggage
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of the van
- Perform routine maintenance checks on the van
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests
- Assist with front desk duties as needed, including check-in and check-out procedures, answering phone calls, and responding to guest inquiries
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude at all times
- Other duties as assigned.
