RNL is searching for Engagement Ambassadors to work at the UGA Engagement Center on West Broad! UGA Engagement Ambassadors will conduct meaningful digital and traditional interactions with UGA alumni, parents and friends. Engagement Ambassadors reach out in an effort to engage UGA donors to donate, verify their information, and share updates.
Engagement Ambassadors are students who contact prospects using text, video, or phone while conducting themselves as a professional representative of their school. Ambassadors are expected to accurately enter data into our computer system, complete a set number of shifts each week/month, and meet or exceed goals as outlined by the Engagement Center Manager.
To be successful as an Engagement Ambassador, you must demonstrate a strong command of English (both verbal and written), be able to follow a script when reaching out to prospects, and pass new hire and compliance trainings. We offer flexible scheduling to allow students to work around both their academic and personal schedules.
Engagement Ambassadors can gain experience in Marketing, Networking, Fundraising and Sales Negotiations. The entry-level wage for this role starts at $12/hour with the opportunity for longevity based merit increases. The upper wage range is based on longevity, locality and performance. Employees new to RNL should expect to start at the entry-level wage listed above. This ongoing part-time position does not qualify for health benefits. RNL complies with all state and local laws that require specific forms of paid time off.
