Description

TriStarBeverage, a Hand Family Company, is seeking a talented and self-motivated employee for an entry level position in our administrative/sales department.

 

This position is accountable for supporting the activities of the Sales department by providing administrative and clerical assistance to members of the Sales team and performing specific assigned Administrative duties. This is a full-time position, primarily Monday through Friday, 8 am – 5 pm.

 

The Sales Administrators primary duties include execution of Company programs and policies that will result in the efficient, accurate and timely operations of the Sales department.  The Administrative Specialist will work closely with the sales management team and brand managers- who will provide coaching and training opportunities to ensure competence with departmental procedures and standards. 

 

The Sales Administrator will perform a wide variety of administrative and clerical tasks including welcoming and directing visitors.  A key task assigned to this position is the timely and accurate completion, distribution, adjustment and maintenance of pricing information for customers, including Key Accounts, in Kentucky and Tennessee. This position will also manage the acquisition, receipt, distribution and inventory procedures for various promotional items.
