Duties:
Provide support to families and students applying for financial aid.
Track and update student financial aid records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data privacy regulations.
Follow up on incomplete or inaccurate financial aid applications, guiding the applicants in making necessary corrections or providing additional documentation.
