EMS facilitates businesses big or small with the ability to accept all major credit and debit card brands. In addition to offering the ability to accept major credit cards as payment we also offer loyalty and gift, and check processing programs utilizing various processing solutions to meet market demands.
EMS is currently seeking a Full Time Data Entry/File Builder.
Job Duties Include
- Data entry of merchant demographic information
- Utilization of several different software and web-based systems
- Configuration and modification of Credit Card POS terminal programming
- Resolution of merchant and client requests in timely matter
- Verification of application information with outside Sales/Vendors
- Recognizes and assesses problems and issues
- Emphasis placed on precision and speed of task completion
Candidates for this position will have the following skills and experience
- Familiar with Windows XP operating system
- Microsoft Office experience (Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet Explorer)
- Ability to work in a fast paced office, team environment
- Ability to prioritize duties by deadlines and workflow
- Demonstrate effective problem solving skills
- Ability to articulate and compose business related e-mails
