Senior Recruiter
Job Description
The Senior Recruiter will play a pivotal role in supporting Good360’s recruitment process by managing and coordinating all aspects of engaging people resources. This role requires expertise in full-cycle recruiting, from proactive sourcing to strategic hiring execution. This role requires exceptional organizational skills and the ability to collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders, ensuring a seamless candidate experience and efficient recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following
- Position description design – partner with hiring managers to develop comprehensive and consistent position descriptions
- Partner with hiring managers to determine specific recruitment plans for each requisition
- Job posting & management – partner with hiring managers to determine the most relevant posting locations to attract qualified and diverse candidates; create, post, and manage job listings on various job boards and internal ATS
- Candidate management & engagement – Review applications and candidate qualifications against requisition requirements, coordinate screening calls, and interviews for qualified candidates
- Recruiting Technology - maintain accurate and up-to-date applicant records within the applicant tracking system; evaluate new recruiting tools for consideration to help with candidate experience and improved efficiency
- Recruitment partnerships - proactively source candidates for hard-to-fill positions using various channels, including social media, networking, and job boards; manage relationships with external recruiting firms and staffing agencies to support hiring efforts for specialized or hard-to-fill roles, and/or temporary needs
- Recruiting strategy – continuously evaluate and advise on the best recruitment practices to attract and engage top talent; partner with hiring managers and leadership to understand hiring needs and review role requirements; implement innovative sourcing strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the hiring process
- Volunteer recruitment – support possible future volunteer utilization as part of the disaster response model
- Onboarding – assist with coordination of the onboarding process for new hires, in coordination with relevant stakeholders
- Provide other HR process support as needed
