The Opportunity
As the Nonprofit Acquisition Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategies to attract, engage, and onboard new members aligned with Good360’s strategic initiatives. Your focus will be on growing the membership base through targeted campaigns, outreach programs, and relationship-building efforts. You will work closely with a team dedicated to enhancing the nonprofit experience, focusing on member retention and overall engagement growth. This role is highly collaborative, involving cross-functional teams to gather insights and leverage data for a comprehensive understanding of the ideal nonprofit member profile and guiding targeted acquisition efforts.

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute data-driven acquisition strategies that attract nonprofit organizations aligned with Good360’s mission.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities within the current member network, leveraging insights to refine outreach approaches and to develop a cohesive acquisition strategy balancing donor and nonprofit networks.
• Engage potential nonprofit members through various channels, including industry events, directories, and online platforms.
• Analyze metrics (e.g., conversion rates, engagement levels, onboarding success) to optimize strategies and improve outreach efforts.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective nonprofit partners, fostering engagement and a seamless onboarding process.
