The Opportunity

As the Director of Fulfillment, you will be responsible for the safety, service and cost of Good360’s warehouse operations. This entails leading field teams located in Omaha, NE and Maysville, KY and any future potential warehousing opportunities, either temporary or permanent. In this role, you will develop and drive strategy to achieve operational and financial efficiencies, along with maintaining inventory excellence. Additionally, through these efficiencies and excellence, you will be responsible for progressing Good360’s ongoing commitment to sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support field warehouse teams located in Omaha, NE and Maysville, KY including direct supervision of both site leaders
  • Evolve and implement warehouse strategies to drive operational and financial efficiencies while instilling a safety-first culture
  • Provide proactive leadership and support to further develop warehouse facilities and operations in Maysville, KY
  • Work cross-functionally with other Good360 departments to support their programming and initiatives, including Community Engagement, Disaster Recovery, and Truckload Placement
  • Maintain inventory accuracy working with Finance to support accurate record keeping and audit support
  • Ensure field warehouse teams deliver consistently on their productivity goals
  • Conduct regular vendor reviews to validate quality, savings, and alignment with Good360 values
  • Create and maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting for relevant metrics
  • Actively monitor inventory levels and decision making to maintain acceptable operating capacity

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Logistics, Operations, or related fields
  • 5+ years of experience working in large scale warehouse operations
  • 5+ years of field experience in operations, production management, supply chain, and other logistics fields
  • 5+ years of field experience working with external vendors or suppliers
  • 2+ years of experience managing diverse and hybrid/remote teams
  • Demonstrated ability to independently solve ambiguous problems
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills - ability to interface with all levels of the organization, specific strength in influencing decision makers
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Advanced data analysis skills: the ability to extract and synthesize data to make evidence-based business decisions
  • Ability to collaborate across both internal and external teams
  • Great organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously
