The Opportunity
The Senior Vice President, Impact Programs (SVP) is a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for shaping and driving the organization’s programmatic strategy. This role provides strategic vision and operational leadership to ensure impactful, scalable, and sustainable programs aligned with the organization’s mission. The SVP leads a diverse team of program directors and technical experts, fostering collaboration and innovation to maximize impact in key focus areas.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Program Development
- Develop and implement a global program strategy that aligns with organizational goals and donor priorities.
- Lead the design, execution, and evaluation of high-impact programs that address pressing global challenges.
- Identify and pursue strategic opportunities for program expansion and innovation.
- Focus on building the base of Nonprofits including acquisition, cultivation and retention
- Grow strategic partnerships whether nonprofits, corporate key accounts or joint ventures. Ensure best in class customer service by overseeing in person meetings, events and speaking engagements
- Deepen relationships with Key accounts such as Amazon, Nike, Lowes
- Identify threats and opportunities to Good360 including liquidators, Return logistics and Traceability and supplier responsibility laws
- Stay aware and communicate to the leadership team of trends, current events within retail and nonprofit sectors
- Build out the 5 impact areas strategies including: Go to Market strategy, landscape analysis, working with marketing on messaging and positioning, identifying nonprofits by impact area and associated funders by areas.
- Impact Area Program Strategy – builds relationships with local and government teams to ensure that Good360 is involved in cluster meetings and response teams.
Operational & Financial Oversight
- Oversee program budgets, ensuring financial sustainability and compliance with donor and regulatory requirements.
External Engagement & Partnerships
- Cultivate and maintain high-level relationships with donors, government agencies, multilateral organizations, and key stakeholders.
- Represent the organization in global forums, thought leadership events, and strategic partnerships to enhance visibility and impact.
Team Leadership & Organizational Culture
- Build and lead a high-performing, diverse, and inclusive team committed to the organization's mission.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning across programmatic teams.
- Mentor and develop emerging leaders, ensuring a strong talent pipeline for the organization.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 15 years of progressive leadership experience in nonprofit program design
- Proven track record in designing and implementing large-scale, high-impact programs across multiple geographies.
- Strong expertise in program strategy, impact measurement, and adaptive learning methodologies.
- Demonstrated success in securing and managing complex funding streams from institutional donors, private foundations, and corporate partners.
- Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Experience leading diverse, multi-disciplinary teams in a global, matrixed environment.
- Advanced degree in international development, public health, business administration, or a related field.
