Swim Instructor –

Pay Rate - $17.50 - $20.50

Full time

No prior swim instructor experience required! All training provided, as well as certifications in: Lifeguarding and CPR.

Swim Instructor Requirements -

• Previous swimming experience not required – we will provide lifeguard training & certification
• Experience working with children aged 3 months - 12 years
  • Examples of experience: babysitting, coaching, current major/classes taken in school, previous job experience, etc.
  • 6 months - 1 year preferred
• Customer Service skills
  • Ability to handle parents complaints and work towards finding a positive resolution
  • Ability to build a rapport with regular students and their families
  • 1-2 years experience preferred
• Desire and drive to teach our students to be confident in their ability in the water
• Ability to lift to 30 lbs. and be on your feet for long periods of time
• Ability to work in the water for at least 25 hours per week
• Weekend availability is required, but compensated with a shift differential
