Summary:

Serves hotel guests.

Essential and Other Responsibilities – (Other duties may be included)

Includes the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Carry luggage to guest rooms.
• Handling of baggage for tour groups.
• Should give a good impression of hotel when guest arrive.
• Assist in maintaining the concierges desk in absence of bell captain or concierge.
• Always monitor Trump International Standards.
• Man doorman’s position in his absence.
• Check out and assist guest with luggage.
• Check luggage in check room for late departure guests.
• Five all guest good and personal service.
• Assist with any other requirements by guests of the hotel.

Education and/or Experience:

No prior experience or training required, but hotel preferred.

Language Skills:

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
