- College degree, Hotel Management degree or work related equivalency that may be considered
- 5-10 years of experience in Revenue analysis Management preferred. 3 – 5 years as Director of Revenue Management preferred
- Dynamic, proven leader demonstrating entrepreneurial spirit, innovative thinking and change leadership skills with ability to understand customer requirements and translate these into revenue solutions.
- Extensive knowledge of interpreting financial reports and using results to plan for future forecasting and budget
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills including follow-up, time management, ability ti multi-task and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced work environment
- Excellent organization skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Appropriate professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to deliver presentations in a concise, well-organized manner
- Proficient at statistical and competitive analysis
- Proficient in Microsoft Office to include Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Certified in the use of CRS, PMS and Revenue Management System and other related systems or an ability to quickly learn and utilize these systems
- Strong experience or adaptable training in the use of automated systems, personal computers and software programs
- Must read, write and speak the English language fluently – fluency in additional languages a plus
- Experience with independent hotels preferred.
