The CRM Analytics and Data Strategy Manager is responsible for overseeing and executing a sustainable, enterprise-wide CRM data management and analytics program that aligns with the organization’s operational and strategic goals.
The ideal candidate has a blend of technical expertise, demonstrates strategic thinking, and has the leadership skills to manage CRM initiatives, interpret data insights, and implement strategies that align with organizational objectives.
