- Knowledge and experience with budget preparation and analyzing a variety of financial reports.

- Ability to train, instruct and supervise a variety of employees at all levels.
- Knowledge of the policies and procedures of Thunderbird Casino.
- Skill in researching, developing and preparing or outsourcing business activities.
Supervisory Responsibilities
Direct supervisory responsibility for all Thunderbird Entertainment Center, Inc. employees.
Physical Demands
- Required to walk, sit and stand for periods of time.
- Ability to push, lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to bend, stoop, kneel and move intermittently throughout the day.
Work Environment
- Indoor/Outdoor; exposure to external environmental conditions possible.
- Exposure to smoke and second hand smoke.
- Noise level can be minimal to intense.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Management is required.
- 7-10 years of prior gaming experience is required.
- 7-10 years of management experience is required.
- Proven leadership experience within a casino required.
- Must be able to pass a drug screen, background check and obtain a key gaming license.
