Required Education and Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree or in-lieu of degree equivalent education, training, and work-related experience.
· 3+ years as a Business Analyst with a proven ability to dig into complex issues and deliver results.
· 3+ years in the Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance industry, ideally with experience in California home insurance, including specialty lines (CA E&S) OR experience in FL Residential Commercial lines.
· Strong understanding of Property & Casualty insurance products, underwriting, claims, and policy lifecycle.
· Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Ability to troubleshoot and apply logic to solve business problems with minimal supervision and a willingness to dig into the details of specific projects to ensure the appropriate approach and best use of company resources.

Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience in California home insurance, including specialty lines (CA E&S).
· Experience in FL Residential Commercial lines.
· Familiarity with P&C insurance systems like Guidewire, Duck Creek, or similar platforms
· Proficient in business analysis techniques, process modeling, and data analysis.
· Experience with tools like SQL, Excel, Visio, Jira, or other project management tools.
· Experience with comparative raters and understanding of XML/SOAP.
· Business Analyst certification (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) is a plus
