Summary of Position
The Summit Collaborative Director of Partner Development serves as a meaningful member of the Collaborative Team to support our 70+ church plants to thrive and multiply. Their main areas of oversight will be developing financial partners, cultivating and on-boarding connected churches, and partnerships with networks and organizations.

Role specific qualifications

Self starter with the ability to build relationships and recruit to a vision.

General knowledge of church planting organizations and networks.

Extensive fundraising experience with donors and organizations.

Understanding of church leadership with a preference for direct experience.

Able to travel to church plants for events, church visits, and fundraising.

A member of the Summit Church or willing and able to become a member. Membership at a Summit Collaborative church may be considered under specific circumstances.
