DUTIES/DESCRIPTION

Fill requests by packing and shipping items to applicable locations.

Loads new part numbers in Flightdocs system for inventory requests
-
Manage all inventory requests; send notifications of pulls/shipments to meet demand.

Generate Purchase Orders within Flightdocs from unfilled inventory requests
-
Manage weekly reports to ensure assets within aircraft locations have been cleared.

Accountable for all expenditures in accordance with company policies
-
Assist with all incoming/outgoing material, both physically and Flightdocs system
-
Verify items received, comparing part/serial number, condition and quantity.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures of the logistics program
-
Ensure compliance with ITAR requirements as well as all import/export actions
-
Ensure accountability of all logistics documents; physically and systematically
-
Duty rotation for two-shift operation as directed by Logistics Manager
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
-
High School Diploma/GED
-
Must have at least 2 years of experience in a warehouse operation; aviation logistics preferred

Must have experience working with inventory management software.

Ability to operate a forklift

Must be able to multitask and have great attention to detail
-
Able to obtain and maintain secret security clearance.

Military experience and forklift experience is preferred
