Job Requirements:
Education & Experience
- High school diploma or GED and three years of experience in recruiting or human resources. An equivalent combination of education and experience may also be considered.
- Prior experience using applicant tracking systems preferred
Licenses or Credentials
- Valid WA driver’s license and minimum liability insurance required by WA State
- Must be deemed insurable as determined by Catholic Charities’ liability insurance provider
Special Skills
- Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, Adobe Acrobat, and navigation of the internet
- Clear and concise communication, both written and oral
- Ability to relate to individuals at levels of the organization and with the public
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information and documentation
Physical Requirements
- Standing, walking, bending, lifting or performing other work requiring medium physical exertion; talking, hearing, and adequate vision to operate standard office equipment
Other Requirements
- Employment offers are contingent upon satisfactory criminal background check, including fingerprinting where required
Wage Range: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour depending on experience
