- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Public Administration, Nonprofit Management, or a related field required.
- Two (2) years of experience in a social service setting or similar setting
- One (1) year of experience in a leadership role
- Valid Texas Driver’s License

Proficient in using case management software, data tracking tools, and Microsoft Office Suite
What you Deliver

Lead and supervise a team of case navigators who are responsible for providing assistance to clients seeking resources such as housing, financial support, employment services, healthcare, and other social services.

Ensure that navigators deliver high-quality, client-centered services in line with United Way and agency objectives.

Provide regular feedback, training, and professional development opportunities to navigators to improve service delivery. Conduct performance evaluations and manage staff scheduling.

Collaborate with Program Directors to design, implement, and manage the United Way-funded assistance programs. Ensure compliance with all program guidelines, funding requirements, and performance metrics.

Develop and oversee policies, procedures, and workflows to improve operational efficiency and service quality.

Monitor program outcomes, and report data on client engagement, service delivery, and funding usage to senior leadership and funders.

Provide support to case navigators in managing complex or high-need cases. Serve as an escalation point for navigators, ensuring the swift resolution of issues that arise in client service delivery. Maintain a client-first approach, ensuring that services provided are culturally sensitive and aligned with client needs.

Work closely with the Directors of Family Assistance to foster collaborative relationships with United Way, local nonprofits, community organizations, and service providers.

Represent the organization in community meetings, working groups, and other collaborative forums related to family assistance and social services.

Advocate for improvements in service delivery and resource allocation within the community based on client needs and program data.

Develop and maintain systems for tracking client data, program performance, and funding outcomes. Ensure timely submission of reports to United Way and other funders, as required.

Conduct regular quality assurance checks to ensure program effectiveness, including reviewing case files, service plans, and client satisfaction surveys.

Implement corrective action plans if performance targets are not met.

Collaborate with the Program Directors to manage program budgets, ensuring that United Way funding is allocated appropriately. Assist in identifying additional funding opportunities to support program expansion and service delivery enhancements.
