- High school diploma and 2 years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to communicate effectively through oral and written communications.
- Ability to analyze and solve problems.
- Ability to work with others collaboratively.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Must be able to operate, or learn, a forklift and lifting devices for movement of parts.Â
- Must be able to follow written and oral instructions.
- Must be able to communicate in English (both written and oral) as it relates to the job.Â
- Must be adaptable to a changing work environment, competing demands and is able to deal with frequent change, delays or unexpected events.Â

Essential Physical Requirements:
The physical factors and working conditions required or expected while performing the essential functions of the job are described below:
- Regularly lift, carry, pull and push 50 lbs. Unassisted.
- Regularly squat, stoop, bend at waist, turn at waist to complete function above. Occasional climbing.Â
- Able to wear required PPE such as but not limited to: steel toe boots, gloves, safety glasses and hard-hat.

Required Work Hours and Schedules:
The typical work hours and schedules for the job are indicated below, including the percentage and type of travel, if required.
- Monday thru Friday
- 6 AM – 6 PM
- Occasional overtime and weekends, beyond scheduled hours may be required.
