The Four65 Server ensures quality dining experience for the guest. This includes set-up for service, serving guests food and beverages while focusing on detail, quality and customer service.
Responsibilities
• Ensure all tables are properly set prior to seating guests
• Greet guests in a friendly and courteous manner
• Ability to explain in detail, specials and any menu questions to guests
• Serve food and beverages
• Adhere to all property service standards
• Ensure restaurant, event space, and work areas are kept clean
• Take orders and input correctly into the POS system
• Retrieve order from the kitchen, and accurately deliver to guests
• Be familiar with the hotel facilities, hours of operations and their locations
• Adhere to any state/federal regulations pertaining to liquor service
