With warehouse facilities in several states and Route Representatives covering all regions of the country, there isn't a retail location we can't service.

This is an hourly position with starting pay at $20.96 per hour. The typical schedule is Monday through Friday. In this position, you will have access to a company vehicle for business use and complete an in-depth training course designed to give you the tools and knowledge needed for success!

NOTE: THIS POSITION WILL REQUIRE UP TO (4) OVERNIGHTS WEEKLY!

 Duties/Responsibilities:

• Arrange and maintain product displays to enhance visual appeal and drive sales.
• Monitor stock levels, rotate products, and ensure shelves are well-stocked.
• Travel between various store locations to implement merchandising plans and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Implement and maintain planograms to ensure consistency across all store locations.
• Set up promotional displays and ensure promotional materials are accurately placed.
• Work closely with store managers and other team members to achieve merchandising goals.
• Engage with customers to provide product information and support as needed.
• Ensure all merchandising activities comply with health and safety regulations

The Grocery Merchandiser compensation is $20.96 per hour.

Experience/Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail merchandising, preferably in the grocery sector.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business or marketing is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to analyze sales data and adjust merchandising strategies accordingly.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• This is a physical job that requires the driver to get in and out of a vehicle frequently
• Ability to lift and move products and stand for extended periods. 
• Valid driver's license
