Experience/Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail merchandising, preferably in the grocery sector.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business or marketing is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to analyze sales data and adjust merchandising strategies accordingly.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift and move products and stand for extended periods.
- Valid driver's license
