SRP has the perfect position for you! We are looking to add new team members to our team as Grocery Store Merchandiser in the Dulles, VA area!
This is an hourly position with starting pay at $18.05 per hour. The typical schedule is Monday through Friday. In this position, you will have access to a company vehicle for business use and complete an in-depth training course designed to give you the tools and knowledge needed for success!
NOTE: THIS POSITION WILL REQUIRE UP TO (4) OVERNIGHTS WEEKLY!
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Arrange and maintain product displays to enhance visual appeal and drive sales.
- Monitor stock levels, rotate products, and ensure shelves are well-stocked.
- Travel between various store locations to implement merchandising plans and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Implement and maintain planograms to ensure consistency across all store locations.
- Set up promotional displays and ensure promotional materials are accurately placed.
- Work closely with store managers and other team members to achieve merchandising goals.
- Engage with customers to provide product information and support as needed.
- Ensure all merchandising activities comply with health and safety regulations.
