About This Role

We are seeking a creative and strategic Manager of Social Media to lead our digital marketing efforts across all social media and social networking platforms. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy that enhances our brand visibility, engages our audience, delivers revenue, and drives business goals.

Responsibilities May Include:

  • Develop and implement a cohesive social media strategy that aligns with our business objectives and brand identity.
  • Manage all social media channels including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Pinterest as well as other media platforms such as The Knot, Wedding Wire, Here Comes the Guide, and more.
  • Oversee the creation and publication of engaging, high-quality content that reflects our brand’s voice and appeals to our target audiences.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of social media campaigns and the effectiveness of different content types.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Event teams to ensure a consistent message and leverage opportunities for cross-promotional activities.
  • Keep abreast of the latest social media best practices and technologies.
  • Use social media marketing tools to manage multiple social networks, schedule posts, and engage with followers.
  • Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner.
  • Partner with people throughout the organization to drive continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in the wedding, event planning, or hospitality industry.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+, and other social media best practices.
  • Experience with performing audience research and using social media marketing tools.
  • Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video).
  • Strong understanding of marketing strategy and how to effortlessly utilize these concepts throughout various forms of outreach.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and multitasking skills.
