About This Role

As the Client Relations Representative, you will be the main point of contact for our clients, ensuring our clients have a positive and fulfilling experience with our products/services. You will be responsible for gathering feedback, collaborating with various internal teams to address client needs and concerns to enhance overall client satisfaction and experience. Energy, enthusiasm, the ability to execute, and passion for the work, the people, and the customers are key to achieving success in this role.

 

Responsibilities May Include:

  • Act as primary contact for assigned clients and building lasting relationships
  • Understand client needs and communicate them to internal teams
  • Resolve client issues an ensure timely resolution of problems
  • Provide product/services information and assistance to clients
  • Collaborate with event planning and marketing teams to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling
  • Prepare and present reports on client satisfaction metrics
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and company offerings
  • Partner with leaders throughout the organization to drive operational efficiency and exceptional customer experiences
  • Other duties as assigned 

 

Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or customer experience role required
  • Minimum of 3 years in sales position required
  • Experience in the event planning or hospitality industry preferred

 

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

  • Strong communication and active listening skills
  • Ability to empathize with clients and understanding their needs
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset
  • Familiarity with CRM software and data analysis tools preferred
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
  • Must be able to travel between local venues 
  • Ability to lift/carry up to 35 lbs.
  • Able to work work some holidays, evenings, and weekends
