Job Summary     

BMA is seeking a Lead Business Systems Analyst to support the AMPS effort within the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA). 

Duties: 
Top level technical contributor with expertise in Information Technology cradle to grave processes related to applications and infrastructure.  Responsible for documenting existing operations and practices; analyzing those operations and practices against documented best practices and developing a plan of actions and milestones to evolve to the best practices. Acts as a member of a team responsible for providing technical guidance concerning the business implications of the application of various systems.

The Lead Business Systems Analyst will be the Identify Access Management and GRC expert focused on:

  • Overall operations and maintenance (O&M) processes, procedures, and guidance.

  • Developing the GRC and AppSec roadmap.

  • Leading the execution of modernization. 

  • Providing guidance on policy, risk assessments to proactively mitigate/eliminate risk and support ongoing audit efforts.

  • Knowledge and experience writing, editing, and rewriting documents for grammatical, syntactical, and usage errors, spelling, punctuation, and adherence to standards.

  • Proofreads documentation and graphics for accuracy and adherence to original content; provides quality control checking for documents received from photocopying and word processing; assembles Master copies, including graphics, appendices, table of contents, and title pages;  assists in scheduling printing, and copying. Assists in document tracking and logging, and consults with technical staff to determine format, contents, and the organization of technical reports and proposals. Assists in collecting and organizing information required for preparation of user's manuals, training materials, installation guides, proposals, and reports.

  • Edits functional descriptions, system specifications, user's manuals, special reports, or any other customer deliverables and documents.

Clearance Requirements

There is a IT-II Security clearance or have a current National Agency Check with Local Agency Check and Credit Check (NACLC).

Required Skills & Certifications    
•    Must hold a Project Management certification (i.e. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or other equivalent/recognized Project Management certification)
•    5 years of relevant experience 
•    DoD Approved 8570 Baseline Certification: Category IAM Level II

 

Desired Skills & Certifications 

• 3-5 years of technical writing experience.

• 5 years of SAP GRC Access Controls implementation experience

• 3 years SAP AppSec experience

• 5 years of Audit Support experience

• 2 years of experience integrating SAP Fiori with AppSec or GRC processes or services

• 5 years of SAP CUA experience

• 2 years of cloud and S/4 HANA

• Experience integrating non-SAP applications with SAP GRC using AVM Greenlight LaserFocus
