Reporting to the VP of Technology, the Director of Enterprise Applications will oversee the lifecycle of enterprise applications. This role involves managing application development, deployment, integration, and support while leading a team of IT professionals. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, excellent project management skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
We need someone with a strong background in platform applications, system integration, and a track record of leading teams. The ideal candidate is excited by the nitty-gritty of systems and motivated by an environment full of opportunities for change.
Remote position with in-person meetings at our Boston headquarters and occasional travel to other AMC facilities and locations in New Hampshire and Maine.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING AT AMC

Oversee the administration, development, maintenance, and enhancement of AMC’s enterprise applications and their integrations including but not limited to Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Property Management System (PMS), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), and Marketing Automation.

Oversee technical support and training to end-users, ensuring they can effectively use enterprise applications.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and refine technology solutions that move us forward.

Build and lead a high performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Guide the team with precision, leveraging best practices to maintain and enhance our suite of enterprise applications.
