- Bachelor's degree in required; Preferably in operations management, industrial engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 8 years of experience as a production scheduler or in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
- Minimum of 3 year of leadership experience is required
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and resolve production-related issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
