EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, public relations or related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education, certifications, and experience.
- Minimum of three years’ experience in building and managing a high performing team of full time employees responsible for customer service and sales, leadership development, fiscal and program management.
- Must have good interpersonal, public relations, and communications skills, including the ability to make presentations.
- Excellent personal computer skills and strong understanding of various business software.
- Must have the ability to travel to branches during the workday and occasionally work evenings and/or weekend hours during special events/promotions.
