POSITION SUMMARY

 

This position will support the Used Equipment Sales Manager in all aspects of used equipment sales. It is also responsible for maintaining Leased Fleet documentation.

 

 

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Answer and field incoming calls.
  • Maintain content builder (internal sales system) as it relates to information needed to sell units.
  • Update the Maintenance System as units are put up for sale and sold.
  • Communication on equipment questions, both internal and external, in relation to sales and leasing.
  • Creates Sale Proceeds report weekly and sends it to Management.
  • Creates the lost report monthly and sends it to Management.
  • Maintains Trailer Leasing schedule including all paperwork to meet legal requirements. Including but not limited to COI, routine maintenance records, pre- inspections, post- inspections, etc.
  • Track lease payments provided by Billing and Accounts receivable to make sure the customer remains in good standing.
  • Processing disposal tickets when payments are received from buyers.
  • Processing of titles on invoices for the buyer including but not limited to scanning, shipping & paperwork filing, as well as processing Funds received daily.
  • Send weekly update on leased equipment to Management.
  • Communicates to the EVP of Fleet services weekly on units sent to sell that are not approved.
  • All other duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications

  • SPECIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS and ABILITIES

     

  • 2 years recent experience related to transportation industry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, with awareness of deadlines.
  • Proficient use of Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
