Position Summary

 

This position is responsible for assisting with tasks to ensure compliance to safety standards.

Essential Functions

 

  • Gather and maintain documentation for driver files
  • Assist with DOT (Department of Transportation) compliance
  • Assist with returning drivers to work after leave
  • Coordinate drug and alcohol testing
  • Communicate with drivers, management, and medical team through phone, email, and mailed correspondence
  • Assist with electronic conversion of files

 

Qualifications

Qualifications

 

  • High school diploma required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word and Excel
