Position Summary

 

Direct Management of assigned accounts, responsible for financial planning, operation, penetration sales, KPI development and contract review.

 

Hours: Monday to Friday 8-5

Salary: $89,700 to $112,200, MICP 25%.

 

Essential Functions

 

  • Contract maintenance and rate management.
  • Management of Load Planner group assigned to account, usually staff of 3-4 individuals.
  • Maintain customer relationship and attend scheduled quarterly operations meetings.
  • Work with process improvement team (customer), assuring quality solutions.
  • KPI generation for both customer and internal.
  • Create annual financial plan in conjunction with senior management.
  • P/L responsibility for account and individual locations.
  • Cap-ex and unit mortality studies.

Qualifications

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelors degree in transportation, business, or related field
  • 5 years of management experience
  • 5 years of operations experience
  • Effective communication skills
