Position Summary
Direct Management of assigned accounts, responsible for financial planning, operation, penetration sales, KPI development and contract review.
Hours: Monday to Friday 8-5
Salary: $89,700 to $112,200, MICP 25%.
Essential Functions
- Contract maintenance and rate management.
- Management of Load Planner group assigned to account, usually staff of 3-4 individuals.
- Maintain customer relationship and attend scheduled quarterly operations meetings.
- Work with process improvement team (customer), assuring quality solutions.
- KPI generation for both customer and internal.
- Create annual financial plan in conjunction with senior management.
- P/L responsibility for account and individual locations.
- Cap-ex and unit mortality studies.
