Position Summary
Salary Range: $70,000 - 83,300
This position is responsible for leading the recruitment process for all office support/management positions across all business units. The incumbent is responsible for managing and overseeing the full-cycle recruitment process as well as a team of recruiters to ensure the hiring requirements are met.
Essential Functions
- Manages team of full-cycle recruiters, including interviewing, hiring and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
- Lead, motivate and challenge the recruiting team in order to meet hiring needs.
- Understand the office support/management hiring needs of all business units and develop recruiting and advertising plans to ensure positions are filled in a timely manner.
- Oversee recruitment advertising strategy to ensure cost-effective spend and manage relationships with all advertising vendors.
- Runs weekly requisition reports
- Holds weekly 1:1 meetings with team members
- Proactively explore and test new campaign types, tactics and strategies to create a system of continual optimization and improvement.
- Develop and implement recruiting metrics
- Communicate effectively with all levels of internal and external business associates.
- Recruitment for high level roles and assist recruiters as needed
- Manage requisition approval flow and oversee the offer approval process
- Build and maintain partnerships with schools and attends career fairs where coverage is needed
