As a Full-Stack Developer, you will play a key role in designing, maintaining, and optimizing our internal ERP system that supports various business functions such as operations, logistics, and customer management. You’ll work with Laravel (PHP), Vue.js, JavaScript, and MySQL, collaborating with internal stakeholders to improve business processes and efficiency. • Develop, maintain, and enhance our internal ERP system using Laravel (PHP), Vue.js, MySQL, and JavaScript
• Build and optimize APIs, backend services, and front-end components
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand business needs and implement solutions
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing code for performance and security
• Work in an agile environment, participating in code reviews and team discussions
• Ensure best practices for security, scalability, and maintainability
• Foster a cooperative and harmonious working climate conductive to maximize employee morale and productivity and work closely with other departments to complete common goals
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as required or requested

• Experience with Laravel (PHP) and Vue.js
• Proficiency in JavaScript, MySQL, and RESTful APIs
• Basic understanding of Linux and server-side deployment (LEMP stack)
• Experience with Git and version control workflows
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an on-site team environment
• Outstanding organizational/time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize workload
• Use logic and reasoning to identify alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems
• Ability to effectively communicate and maintain positive relationships with both internal and external partners while demonstrating tact, diplomacy and calmness in a proactively diverse and inclusive organization

• Ability to work independently and within a team to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices

• Familiarity with Docker, Redis, or other caching mechanisms
• Knowledge of unit testing and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience working with ERP or business management software
• Some college preferred, High School Diploma required.
• At least 2 years of experience with software or web application tools and technologies.
• Or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
