We’re looking for a dynamic and results-driven Growth Marketing Lead for B2B lead generation and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) efforts. This role will be pivotal in driving growth and fostering long-term relationships with key industrial clients.

 

This role will be responsible for developing and executing high-impact marketing strategies aimed at generating leads for our sales team. This person will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (including Sales) and the Marketing Director and oversee B2B marketing strategy and execution for lead generation. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of B2B marketing tactics, and a proven ability to generate leads and drive growth.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead Generation: Develop and execute comprehensive B2B lead generation strategies to attract high-value prospects and build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Account-Based Marketing: Design and own ABM strategy, identifying target accounts, creating personalized campaigns, and collaborating with sales to engage key decision-makers.
  • Campaign Execution: Lead end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, including content development, email marketing, paid advertising, and social media initiatives, designed to convert leads into customers.
  • Performance Analytics: Analyze and report on the effectiveness of lead generation, ABM and marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve ROI.
  • Market Research: Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and consumer insights to identify new opportunities.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with sales team to align marketing strategies with business objectives and ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Content Development: Oversee the creation of high-quality, targeted content such as case studies, whitepapers, blogs, and web content that resonates with prospects and showcases Puretec’s expertise.
  • Brand Management: Maintain a consistent brand voice across all B2B marketing touchpoints, ensuring Puretec’s core values are communicated effectively

Qualifications

 

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on lead generation, ABM, or demand generation in a technical or industrial setting.
  • Strong understanding of the B2B sales cycle and experience working with sales teams to convert leads into opportunities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful ABM and lead generation campaigns.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot), CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), analytic tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Semrush), and ABM tools (e.g., 6sense, Demandbase)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and engage with senior decision-makers.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A passion for data-driven marketing and continuous optimization of strategies.
  • Knowledge of water treatment, industrial solutions, or technical products is a plus.
