Healix Infusion Care is seeking a capable and enthusiastic Marketing and Business Development Specialist to advance our business development and marketing activities. This role will encompass a variety of initiatives aimed at raising our profile, generating opportunities with potential clients, and supporting our sales team.

Profile Raising and Marketing Campaigns
- Integrated Marketing Campaigns: Create and implement integrated marketing campaigns through direct mail, email, cold calls, social media and other tactics or channels to raise our profile and awareness among key target audiences and follow-up with metrics-driven reporting
- Relationship Management: Build and manage relationships with membership associations and programs with which Healix Infusion Care is a member or partner.
- Referral Relationships: Develop and maintain direct referral relationships in target markets to generate desired utilization of Healix Infusion Care Center services.
- New Lead Identification: Discover potential leads through extensive online research and the analysis of marketing lists and or data.
- Lead Capture and Nurturing: Implement strategies to capture and nurture leads and source new business opportunities by initiating relationships with untapped accounts.
- Lead Qualification: Qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns, tradeshows, and referrals.
- Event Coordination: Coordinate and support marketing events and programs, including developing materials, providing day-of support, and conducting follow-up with metrics-driven reporting.
- CRM Management: Update and ensure CRM database accuracy.
- Mailing List Management: Create and maintain targeted mailing lists for client and patient communications.
- Prospecting: Prospect for new business via phone, email, and marketing campaigns.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, ethical and patient privacy guidelines.
- Company Policies: Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including Information Security Policies, ensuring Healix Infusion Care remains as secure as possible.
Wider Marketing and Business Development Projects
- Contribute to wider marketing and business development projects as required.
Qualifications
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
- Excellent project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize work to meet manage timelines and deliverables.
- Proficiency with a variety of marketing tools and platforms, including CRM systems.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment and communicate with various stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
- 2-5+ years of relevant experience, specifically in the life sciences or related healthcare industry preferred.
- Highly motivated, revenue-centric marketer with both inbound and outbound marketing experience.
- Ability to develop trusting relationships internally and externally.
