Description

Healix Infusion Therapy, LLC is currently seeking a full-time Business Office Coordinator to join our corporate business office support team. Currently, the position is a remote work arrangement and qualified candidates must have access to home internet and a dedicated work space free from distractions. Team members must have excellent communication skills and be able to professionally interact with patients, clients, and colleagues.

 

Schedule: Monday through Friday; 8:30am to 5:00pm CST

*Work hours are subject to change based on business needs and with supervisor approval.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Responsible for collection process for OIC Medicaid activity.
  • Assists in the completion of charge corrections through practice management system.
  • Perform analysis of reimbursement activity and identify trends and challenges.
  • Assists with the new site set-up and implementation as related to verification and billing.
  • Research payer authorization and billing policies for OIC services.
  • Perform select billing and intake duties per project or assignment.
  • Coordinate the processing and completion of change of information/insurance forms
  • Assist in departmental projects as assigned by management.

  • Maintain and adhere to productivity standards by providing updates of daily tasks completed to management

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree from a four year college; or at least two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
