Revit Technicians draft layouts, elevations, sections and field connections for both structural and architectural projects exclusively using Revit create drawings for use in the production of concrete products. Follow the project from sale, project layout, submittal, piece ticketing, through erection on the jobsite.
- Learn Gage drawing standards for line types, title blocks, job numbering system, and product finish marks.
- Complete layout and piece ticket revision updates from checked red lines.
- Detail summaries including strand patterns, cut pieces, bearing pads and details, standard notes, and notches/openings.
- Interpret contract drawings (architectural, structural, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.) for non-typical situations.
- Collaborate with production to answer questions regarding plates, strand, and rebar.
- Work on teams with engineers, sales professionals, and project managers to resolve design issues.
