Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older
• Experienced in human services, especially residential or youth-focused work
• Able to communicate clearly, remain calm under pressure, and manage youth behavior effectively
• Knowledgeable about child development, trauma-informed care, and group dynamics
• A team player who is patient, flexible, and emotionally grounded

• Bachelor’s degree in human services or a related field
• CPI training and certification
• Experience working in a residential care or crisis setting
